Hotel Top Form is an Indian restaurant under the Nugegoda flyover. It’s OK, the lunch packets are not especially good but we hear good things about the tandoori.
The flyover was, until recently, the architectural highlight of Nugegoda. Underneath that flyover – on the west side near the petrol shed – you’ll find Hotel Top Form, an Indian restaurant. It’s OK.
Quality
We tried just two lunch packets – the biriyani and the fried rice. If you’re a biriyani beggar it’s OK, but nothing to write home about. Decent piece of chicken, egg, savory rice, mint sambol. It’s all there, but nothing exciting or even especially good. The fried rice was better than those packets where they just give you rice, but not very taste. Just a dry piece of chicken and stuff.
Service
We didn’t have sit down service so please comment if it’s better. The place has a functional Indian menu, but they only serve the tandoori for dinner. The rest of the service was OK. Not as good as a smaller place like Bo Sevana but not offensive.
Ambiance
The Nugegoda flyover is not really meant for humans. It’s meant for cars trying to avoid Nugegoda. It’s not especially noisy but definitely not scenic.
Conclusion
Meh.
