Our journey begins at the salad station, a kaleidoscope of fresh, ready-made salads, zesty pickles, and a live salad action station that adds a touch of theatre to the dining experience. We chose a simple lettuce salad, magically transformed by a chef who whisked up a vinaigrette dressing right before our eyes, turning simple ingredients into a masterpiece of flavours.
Bread and Charcuterie Extravaganza
Next, we were drawn to the bread and charcuterie section, a visual feast of sausage meats, cheeses, breads, and pastes. The display was breathtaking, with spicy crackers, a rainbow of cheeses, and juicy grapes creating a tableau that was as beautiful as it was delicious. We tried every bit of cheese and meat that we could get our hands on. If you are a fan of crafting your own cheese cracker, nibble into the goodies hoarded on the charcuterie board- especially!
At the heart of the brunch lies the steak bar, where succulent cuts of prime beef are expertly grilled to perfection, showcasing the artistry of the chefs and the quality of the ingredients. From tender fillets to marbled ribeyes, each steak is a testament to the restaurant’s commitment to excellence.
The stars of the show were undoubtedly the Sticky Honey Roast Turkey and the Sirloin Steak. Each slice of turkey and steak was a masterpiece of tenderness, juicy flavour, and exquisite seasoning. The honey roast turkey was sweet and succulent, while the sirloin steak melted in our mouths, each bite more delightful than the last. These dishes are not just recommended; they are a must-try for anyone who loves a good steak.
Sides to Die For!
No feast is complete without sides, and the vegetarian options at the sides bar left us in awe. From roasted baby potatoes to baked beetroot, truffle mashed potatoes with green peas, and roasted mushrooms – every dish was a revelation.
The flavours of the sides accompanying the steak, the sauces, were so rich and comforting, we couldn’t help but say, “Oh my God, good!”

A highlight of the brunch is the crepe station, where skilled chefs deftly craft delicate crepes to order, filling them with an array of sweet and savoury fillings that tantalize the taste buds and leave guests craving more.
