Chocolate Works is a home-based dessert parlour that does some of our favourite chocolate biscuit puddings in the city, and we were over the moon when they branched out to Maharagama. Aside from the fantastic CBPs, they also do mousses and ice blended shakes.
The CBPs
Out of what's available, we opted for two CBPs – Chocolate Overdose Biscuit Pudding (Rs. 900) and Snickers Biscuit Pudding (Rs. 800).
The entire surface of the Chocolate Overdose Biscuit Pudding was covered with crushed KitKat, Toblerone, Smarties, dark chocolate and white chocolate chips. Underneath all that lies the pretty layers of creamy chocolate and milk-soaked Marie biscuits.
Needless to say, this is heaven for any chocolate lover, with just the right crunch, perfect sweetness and chocolatiness.
This one featured a generous amount of chopped up Snickers, which added an extra depth to the flavour profile. Altogether, it was chocolaty, sweet, salty and nutty. What. A. Combo!
