Equal Ground provides the safe space you need to unburden those emotions and feelings, to talk things through in confidentiality – to receive the support you require.
Whether you seek therapy for issues related to your LGBT status or not, this service provides support when you feel alone and abandoned by those who are family and friends. Given the stressors that LGBT groups confront daily, such as homophobia, societal discrimination and prejudice, coming out, and negotiating relationships, family relationships; finding a refuge to talk things out is a dire and imperative need to find restoration, support and healing. At Equal Ground they place emphasis in supporting you by giving you this confidential space to speak freely in order to benefit from the therapeutic experience.

Equal Ground (EG) provides free of charge and general counselling service for Lesbian, Gay, Transgender and Questioning (LGBTIQ) persons a counselling service specifically for Lesbian and Bisexual women through a secure and confidential hotline & also through via Facebook Messenger from 9:30 AM to 5PM.
