We were taken aback by this stunning restaurant, a global chain, a distinguished establishment with a rich accolade history. 

Boasting a prestigious Michelin Star in the Singapore Michelin Guide (2016-2018) and a coveted Bib Gourmand in Shanghai (2017) and Hong Kong & Macau (2005-2016), this restaurant has left an indelible mark on the gastronomic scene. Recognised as a Recommended Chinese Restaurant in Seoul and Shanghai Michelin Guide (2017-2018), Hong Kong Cuisine continues to captivate discerning palates. 

Crystal Jade-Sri Lanka, provides a 5-star ala-carte and an exclusive dining experience with privacy. The interior captures the essence of elite Asian culinary experiences, surrounded by warm and comfortable lighting. While the cube may be perceived as somewhat bland, it might simply not align with everyone’s palate preferences.

Every bite we took of this exceptional roll, brought out a delightful array of surprising flavours. The roll itself boasts a perfect blend of crispiness and heat, enveloped in a flavourful batter. Inside, you’ll find subtly grilled prawns, a velvety sauce harmoniously mixed with freshly cut mango pieces. Undoubtedly, this appetizer became a favourite, leaving us yearning for additional servings.

In terms of visual appeal, this appetizer delivered a cute and petite outlook, a roll curated in the form of a carrot. On the contrary, the contents of the stuffing did not fit quite well with our palate. This could be the blend of the dumpling dough along with the content. Except for that comment, you could give this dumpling a try.

Steamed BBQ Pork Bun (Chao Shao Bao)

If you’re open to a sweet and spicy mix, the bao bun is perfect. We recommend you to try this delightful blend of decadent BBQ pork meat, catering to your palate even if you weren’t initially a fan.

Steamed Pork Dumpling (Xiao Long Bao)
