AIESEC SRI LANKA conducts “NATCON 2022”, the annual leadership development conference at Citrus Waskaduwa on 8th,9th and 10th April.
The 3 day conference lays the foundation for the newly elected leadership bodies of AIESEC to prepare for the upcoming year, hence this is a critical phase in the AIESEC calendar. The profile for the 260 delegates of all the universities covered will comprise of leaders in their university life who are seeking career prospects and senior undergraduates who are looking towards the employability perspectives. Undoubtedly, this would be a distinctive prospect for an organization to meet all these charismatic individuals under one roof.
The delegates will experience some amazing set of sessions on leadership with national and international facilitators,space to interact with other delegates,a networking space with a mentor to enhance their potential skills,Outbound training and the conference’s most glamorous night,with dynamic awards,gratitude,shoutouts,the Gala Night, the awarding ceremony of AIESEC Sri Lanka for the membership over the 3 day event schedule.
