We recently wrote a brief review of the EAP Restaurant in Borella. However, we didn’t fully realise the extent of this establishment’s excellence until a couple of nights ago.
Two 50ml glasses of Gordon’s gin, a bottle of tonic, a large, nay, massive portion of fried rice and devilled chicken came to a total of Rs. 1500. That’s all.
It’s remarkable, the EAP doesn’t charge service (ergo the lovely bill), and yet the service here is amongst the best we’ve experienced in the city. The waiters are actually nice to you.
EAP doesn’t seem to be frequented by women – but that doesn’t make it woman unfriendly. You’ll guaranteed be in the company of numerous groups of convivial men tipping their glasses to the weekend, their baila refrains framed by the sounds of Star Movies descending from the elevated television set.
EAP is honestly a really great place. Everything is delicious and cheap, and the service is excellent.
