The Dine Restaurant at Radisson Hotel Colombo recently saw the launch of ‘Sri Lankan Nights’ with traditional Sri Lankan dishes taking center stage of the buffet.
The sumptuous buffet offers a plethora of mouth-watering starters, mains, and delectable desserts to action stations serving local favorites such as kottu, hoppers, and sweet coconut filled pancakes.
The mains feature Sri Lankan rice and curry which include dun thel rice, fish ambulthiyal, Sri Lankan chicken curry, and prawns cooked in thick coconut gravy just to name a few of the dishes the buffet offers. The dessert section features mouthwatering traditional sweetmeats such as aasmi, kevum, bibikkan, and rulan dosi amongst many other delectable treats.
The ideal buffet to kickstart this Avurudu Season to entertain friends and family. Priced at only LKR 5,500/- nett per person, Sri Lankan Nights will run every Wednesday at Dine Restaurant from 7.00pm onwards.
