Grease Yaka Returns

The sequel to 2014's outstanding “Grease Yaka", directed by Ruwanthie de Chickera. "Grease Yaka Returns" is a black comedy about what happens when fears takes over our lives! This satire features fresh characters and situations ripe for our greasy villain to exploit.

Concert: Carnatic Comfort Zone

The Berlin based German-Sri Lankan group, Carnatic Comfort Zone, are part of the Global Music Academy. Led by the charismatic Sri Lankan singer and percussionist Manickam Yogeswaran, Carnatic Comfort Zone explores South Asian music traditions through Yogeswarans music, which combines the poetry of Rabindranath Tagore and compositions based on the ancient Thirrukural text using some of the more unusual modes of the Melakarta with modal harmony, improvisation and funky bass lines.

Mosh Scream Rock – XIII

Cinnamon Life Presents Colombo Music Festival

Japanese Ink Art Workshop 18 & 19 August
 

Meet Japanese Artist Ikuko Deguchi for a ceramic art workshop. Ikuko Deguchi is well known for her Japanese ink painting and ceramic art. If you are an art lover or possess any interest in ceramics, this workshop is for you. This is an open event for kids and adults.

Supermarket Mania 2018
