You can’t eat it, but we thought you might be interested in these photographs of a waterspout we happened to see in Wadduwa.
A waterspout is like a mini-tornado over water. It doesn’t suck up water, it’s actually more of a cloud descending. The one we saw emerged and faded in less than half an hour and wasn’t especially dangerous. It was interesting.
There’s been rain almost every night on the west coast and really interesting lightning displays. This waterspout was even more of a show.
