Pastamania (One Galle Face)
Pastamania brings a piece of Italy all the way from Singapore. That's a weird sentence, but also true. This franchise came to Sri Lanka a couple of years ago creating a massive buzz on social media channels, and now they're in One Galle Face too. We quite enjoyed their Sea Food Zuppa, a pasta-based soup, but the Large Meat Lovers pizza certainly has some room for improvement.
Brew 1867 by Dilmah (Colombo 07)
Brew 1867 by Dilmah is one convenient option to grab your food, especially if you're looking at a quick lunch or a snack without having to spend too much. They've been branching out, and the newest and the third outlet lies down Flower Road, and it comes with a massive dining space. The Grilled Sailfish and Grilled Chicken are two of the must-try dishes here, and the Spicy Tuna and Cheddar Panini was quite brilliant too.
PappaRich (Nawala)
Papparich came to Sri Lanka only a year ago, and they've already opened their second outlet. This one is located in Rajagiriya and seems to serve the high-quality Malaysian delicacies that they're well known for.
Cafe Tasty (Vajira Road)
The newest venture of the OG Tasty Caterers is Cafe Tasty, which is perched on Vajira Road. They have some absolutely interesting, freshly baked pastries, patties and other snacks, such as Prawn Tart and Chicken and Cheese Rotti.
Delicio
If you're too lazy to cook this weekend, grab a packet of rice from Delicio, and do not forget to get their chicken curry. That's simply the best!
